Relocating to Charlotte in March

I am in need of a 3 or 4 bedroom house by March. I am relocating from Pennsylvania. I have a credit report available if necessary however I will honestly say upfront that I do not have good credit but I have never been evicted, have always paid rent on time and have lived in the same residence for 8yrs.
