Property Consultants-includes any or all of the following positions:
Property Locators, Property Investors, Mortgage Consultants, Foreclosure Specialists
$249 One Time Refundable Certification Fee (refunded after 1st year with company or 1st closed deal)
Branch Managers-includes Property Consultant positions-$299 One Time Refundable Certification Fee (refunded after 1st year with company or 1st closed deal)

Property Locators will be responsible for working with a group of Investors and helping the investors make an educated decision on buying residential properties. You will be trained on how to locate a good investment deal and provide the investors with clear and accurate information about the property.
Property Investors will be responsible for buying good residential property investment deals. The Investor will be responsible for acquisition rehabilitation of residential and single family properties. NAIMC provides the Money for our Investors.

Mortgage Consultants will be responsible for working with Customers with A-B-C-D Credit situations. You will work with Residential, Commercial and Investment Lenders.

Foreclosures Specialists will be responsible for working with Home Owners and educating them on how to save their home from foreclosure. NAIMC know that life is unpredictable, and that circumstances often arise that can prevent individuals from making their mortgage payments, our foreclosures specialists will be trained on how to help these individuals.

Branch Manager will become an expert on all the positions above and will be trained on all the positions. Branch Manager will be responsible for providing guidance to their team associates.
You will be trained on how to work with Real Estate Investors, Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Brokers, Mortgage Companies, and Individual Home Owners. You will be responsible for helping Individuals and Families make educated and informed decision on Real Estate transactions. No Experience Necessary and All Training is Provided.
