James & Denise Sparks, Owners of SPARKS A/C-HEAT & HOME IMPROVEMENTS were appauled by the statistics concerning the enormous amount of Senior Citizens who suffered or hospitalized due to the heat wave this summer.
We are a small family owned business that can provide personalized services and affordable HVAC & Heating discounts especially to Senior Citizens home owners on fixed incomes.
For the next 2 months, we would like to offer to Charlotte Senior Citizen Home Owners (on low, moderate or fixed income), a SPECIAL $35 Service Call rate. This charge will include: Service charge, A/C system check, diagnosing service problem, filter change out, and condenser coil cleaning. If diagnostic check results in part replacement, Sparks A/C-Heat & Home Improvement will charge client (ONLY) 1/2 our normal parts & repair cost. Financing program available.
