Evaluate, monitor and assess people with Developmental Disablities at various worksites.


Provide direct Consumer assessments; assist with development of goals to support Consumers in their effort to become more independent in life skills necessary for successful employment. Encourage Consumer to determine suitable employment. Meet with Consumers in the community, on various job sites, to assist with their assessment.


BS in a Human Services field or high school diploma (or equivilant) with five years of experience in the general workforce, two of which working directly with consumers who have behavioral health or developmental disabilities. Or have a family member who is a person with a disability. Qualifications in organized task training preferred, (will accept propensity). Advocacy for people with disabilities a must.


Must be/become certified in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation and First Aid. Must pass a TB test.


Must have an excellent driving record.


Approximately 30 hours per week.
