Editor/Project Coordinator - Contract Positions

As-Needed Basis (per project) for Publications department



Requirements:

• Meticulous attention to detail and able to edit for consistency

• Experience working under deadlines and following a project schedule

• Use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Familiar with Microsoft Word’s online tracked changes feature

• Ability to work independently or with a team

• Use of common proofreading and editing marks



Preferred:

• Experience editing financial information

• Previous experience with print classroom/training materials

• Experience in a Publications department or similar environment

• Basic desktop publishing abilities
