JUDGES: Charlotte Mayor, Pat McCrory, along with:
* Tim Newman, CEO of the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority
* Bobby Cochran, photographer of Charlotte Weekly
* Paul Cotter, photography teacher at Davidson Day School and contributor to Charlotte Viewpoint
PRIZES: Winners will be announced in the October 5 issue of Charlotte Weekly, where the grand prize winning photo and runner-up photo will be published. The grand prize winner will receive a digital video camera, $200 CVS gift card and an assortment of photo gifts. Additional prizes will be awarded to one runner up and three honorable mentions.
