Charlotte office seeks a senior associate or junior partner for intellectual property group. The candidate should possess broad experience in the various areas of intellectual property law, and particularly strong patent prosecution skills. Must have an engineering, science or other technical background, preferably in either the electrical, chemical, computer, software, or biotechnology arts. The candidate should have a self-sustaining book of business and be willing to mentor more junior attorneys.
