Hi, I am new to the US, only here a few months, and I'm looking for a place to move into as soon as possible. I am from Morocco, 25, male, I don't smoke, drink, or party. I work part time in a restaurant and spend most of my free time taking English classes at CP. When I'm not in school or at work, I usually just study or go out. I would be a very low key roommate. I am looking to pay anywhere betwee $300 and $400, with utilities included in this price range. I am trying to get more hours at work, but for now am only able to pay based on a part time position. Unfortunately, I don't have any credit score as of yet, and am hoping to find someone who is open to a month by month renter. I am looking to stay, however I may not be able to sign a lease through an agency or apartment contractor. I could move in as soon as possible. Please let me know if you have any extra room, and are just looking to make some extra cash. I work on Providence Rd. near 485, and would love to find a place in this area.
