A young growing charity event and volunteer management software company is seeking a part-time inside sales professional to help grow their US customer base.



We are looking for an individual that is passionate about selling, but also understands the fundamentals of the not for profit industry. We are seeking an individual that will be a part of our inside sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a min volume of daily calls, calling out to potential new clients leveraging a variety of resources, following up on website leads where required, advertising campaigns, requests and trade show leads, while keeping accurate records in a contact management system.

• Increase sales to existing customer base.

• Provide high quality customer service utilizing clear and concise telephone and email communication.

• Achieve quotas on existing clients and new sales.

Requirements:

• Self starter w/leadership skills

• Highly detailed oriented person

• Proficient in the use of windows, word/excel and internet explorer

• BA/BS preferred

• Charity exposure preferred (Not for profit industry)

• Great multitasking skills

• Experience in the metal industry required but not a must.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Pricing, quoting and closing sales with customers over the phone. Entering sales orders to the computer system, answering sales calls and initiating sales calls.
