Provide direct Consumer training and development of outcomes and support Consumers in effort to become more independent in living skills that are necessary for successful employment. Encourage Consumer to retain suitable employment. Meet with Consumers on their job site to assist with their training.


BS in a Human Services field or high school diploma (or equivilant) with five years of experience in the general workforce, two of which working directly with consumers who have behavioral health or developmental disabilities. Or have a family member who is a person with a disability. Qualifications in organized task training preferred, (will accept propensity). Advocacy for people with disabilities a must. Must be/become certified in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation and First Aid. Must pass a TB test. Must have an excellent driving record.


Approximately 30 hours per week.
