With Tritus Insurances’ recent Calyx Integration and our ability to create new revenues streams for mortgage professionals, we are now looking for former Account Executives of Direct Mortgage Lenders, former Account Executives of Title companies and Current Life Insurance sales personnel.
This position is responsible for all duties of an Account Executive/Wholesaler, with primary duties focused on the Life Insurance and P&C product lines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop strong relationships with Mortgage Brokers, Loan Officers, Real Estate Agents and Title Companies to offer MPI and P&C to their prospective new clients as well as their existing client base.
* Provide marketing support to Agencies through producer profiling and outbound campaigns including phone calls, emails, and mailings.
* Act as “go-to” person and assist Mortgage Professionals and producers with product specifications, case design, and illustrations, primarily through incoming/outgoing phone calls.
* Maintain strong working knowledge of Tritus Insurance Products, along with competitors’ products and industry trends.
* Act as a team member, along with Regional Vice President, in achieving established sales goals for the assigned territory.
* Assist RVP in maintaining calendar, scheduling agency meetings and CE sessions, and providing appropriate follow-up after meetings.
* Proactively contact existing and potential producers with the goal to increase market share.
* Providing sales ideas, case consultation, product information and being a general resource for the producers for sales related topics.
* Hosting web casts and conference calls to launch and keep producers up to speed on products sales ideas.
* Being a product expert who takes a sales minded approach to proactively work with producers and sales leadership to become a trusted resource for them.
* Maintain strong relationships with home office staff.
* Travel occasionally to attend industry meetings as well as to conduct in-person agency visits and training sessions.
SPECIFICATIONS:
* Minimum 2 years experience working with Term Life Insurance.
* Must be licensed to sell Life Insurance.
* Experience as a personal producer is a plus.
* Have an above average understanding of advanced sales concepts and products.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience dealing with business owners and professionals.
* Extensive telephone experience in call campaigns.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to coach and train others on life insurance products.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Must be a self-motivated individual who will take ownership and initiative.
* Must have great presentation/public speaking skills to make both group and individual sales presentations.
* The ability to take initiative and work independently with an entrepreneurial mind-set as well as being a strong contributor in a team environment.
* Organizational skills and confident decision making skills
* Excellent phone skills that enable the wholesaler to effectively work with producers
Computer Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of web casting/webinar technologies. Ability to pick up and understand new technologies quickly.
