Tried to help family out with an Apt, but in my name-bad choice

In need of an Apt for rent, due to me looking out for my brother and his family, but he lost his job and the rent defaulted and now they face eviction but the Apt is in my name, I also have to move because my current lease is about to expire and the Landlord does not want to sell the house, but now I can't retrieve another apartment because my name has been filed for eviction, although I don't live with my brother, he just had an apartment in my name ( A hard head makes a soft behind) as Mom used to tell me, but she also said family takes care of family and that is all I was trying to do, so with that being said, I work a 9-5 fulltime job for TIAA-CREF, I have a 2 yr old son and Fiancee, if you are a Landlord or know of a Landlord that is willing to give us a chance to reside in his/her Apt complex, preferrebly in the Charlotte Area or University Area (close to my job) please contact me a.s.a.p
