Need a small apt. or room for two young ladies...

We need an affordable, small apartment or room for rent, for two very clean, responsible and hard-working young ladies.

We are trying to work with a limited budget as of right now, between $300 - $500 preferably.

We only need a one-bedroom, one bath, just something smaller and affordable.

Neither of us has any pets (Except a fish!) and we are non-smokers.

We are hoping to find a place in either downtown Charlotte, "NoDa" district, or somewhere centrally located.
