FOR RENT: Cute home in quiet and safe neighborhood

This cute home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood located off of Monroe Road in Charlotte. The home is sitting on a corner lot with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths; an ideal layout for a roommate situation or that of a small family, couple or a single individual. On the upper level it offers 2 bedrooms with a full bath and on the lower level, it offers the same. On the lower level one of the bedrooms is perfect for an office or a den. The center level has the living room with new flooring and a kitchen with black appliances including a black LG refrigerator, black built-in Microwave and black dishwasher. The kitchen has a combined breakfast nook that can hold a large table or can be used as an office. The home is in great shape and displays a cozy, friendly atmosphere.

Currently, the home is occupied by a single, well educated and trusted tenant that I love and will regret losing. If you are looking for a roommate, the situation is available. He would like to stay but would prefer a roommate. Anyone interested in the roommate please let me know and will only be accepted upon his approval. He also understands that if needed, if other qualified tenants are available that he will move in order to suit their needs.

I am looking for tenant/s that are responsible this meaning financially and mentally and that are looking to sign a minimal years’ lease. If this is in reference to the roommate the lease would expire in September 2009.

The rent is $1350.00 and will not be lowered; it is barely paying the mortgage. With this being said I will not build a fence for someone’s dog or build an extra room for a husband’s office. I am not mean, or rude, but you would be amazed as what people will request. If you would like to build it with your funds and my approval, you are more than welcome to do so. Also, this home is estimated 1650 square feet and can not house 15 people- no it is not the Biltmore and will be tight and basically impossible unless you are a breed of sardine. I do not accept sardines or people with the same aroma as that.

Animals are welcome as long as they do not damage the home or property and do require a non-refundable deposit. If interested in the roommate situation, it is up to the current tenant and his decision if animals are accepted.

I want good people to live in this home that will take care of it and pay the rent on time. So, please only serious people apply.
