Tired

Im a mother of 1 a 2 year old son and Im looking to move but I have bad credit. I have 2 evictions from breaking my lease with an apartment and I need some help. Im looking for some were safe for me and my son and that does not do credit checks. I prefer a house but I will take a townhome, or condo but please no duplexes or triplexes.
