looking to rent a 3-4br for 700$-$900

i am a christian single parent of three children, im from california, im a nurse working for the county of mechlenberg. I dont have good credit at this time but credit is in the process of being worked on i have very good rental history with never any evictions. I am a parent of two girls and my nephew in which i have had him since birth he will be 2yo in september. i am looking for a clean,safe,good school system, drug free area to raise my children. i have really good rental history despite my credit worthiness.
