Faux & More Wall Decor, Charlotte, will be one of nine interior designers exhibiting at this year's "2009 Southern Christmas Home Show". The them is "A Taste Of Christmas".
I will be creating a "Rustic Christmas in the Woods" display. The booth will contain a rustic dining room table and settings and warm fabrics that creates a log cabin feel, while utilizing items donated by Habitat for Humanity's RESTORE.
The purpose is not only to display my interior designing abilities, but to demonstrate how to use resources that are available to us for recycling. It's a step in the right "green" direction! By refinishing old wooden furniture and creating an aged, distressed look, I can show viewers how to save money.
