Need an apt soon - I have good job and income!

I need an apartment and someone that will give me a chance. Divorce left me struggling as a single Mom with two boys, ruined credit and evictions trying to stay afloat. Boys are in college now, and ironically, I can't get a home or a nice apartment of my own (living with friends). Please - is there an owner or someone who will give me a chance. I have a great job and income!
