After signing my children up for the introductory 4 week class I was asked to sign a 6 month contract by the owners daughter. When the owner entered the office he mentioned they no longer offered the 6 month and only offer 12 month contract. I was reluctant in doing so, due to the fact that one was already uninterested. Six months later when they both lost interest we were forced to pay for the complete 12 months. Don't ever sign up with a martial arts group under contract. There are many in town that will do it month to month. The training they received was inferior to their competition.
I give this program a poor review. I have been in fitness for many years as a personal trainer. I took my son there for an introductory class. They worked the teenagers so hard that my son could hardly move for three days. Some of the other students who were higher belts were complaining that Mr. Kims daughter does this on new students. They were not happy that my son was there. Needless to say he did not want to go back.

The trainer would put their whole body weight on the children's back as they were stretching sitting indian style. Not a good idea! Do they not know thats how you tear tendons.
