Agreed. Poor customer support. The item that arrived was the wrong item. Had to leave a message for an RMA. Did eventually receive a message that the correct item would be shipped and a return label for the wrong one. That was two weeks ago and NOTHING.
Poor customer support. The item arrived as scheduled, but was not the color ordered. I have not been able to speak to anyone concerning returning the item for the proper color. The phone number is an answering machine. They do not return calls or respond to emails.
